Hello! I'm here to comment on your artwork in order to help you improve, as a part of Project Effortless by #alwaysmotivated!

As you know, I wrote a critique on your other piece in the project already, and I think this one is much better. Maybe if you combined the prowess of drawing of this and the originality of the other, the outcome would be a really awesome work.

The way you used the colors to frame the b&w part gives the drawing life and deep expression. Even though there are so many different colors, they do not disturb each other or the grey part - very well done. The blue hues in the hair make the connection with the face via the blue in the eyes very subtly but efficiently. The shading and blending is nicely done mostly, both in the colored and b&w parts.

I think if you use a softer pencil, the shading and blending will be much easier. It looks very smooth on the cheeks for example, but one gets the impression of scratches or hair even (like in the eybrows) when looking at the shading next to the right eye. If you draw fabric, it's better to do the shading in the direction of the fabric texture, like you did in some parts. But in the shadowy part, which was probably intended to be black, you can see shading go in the wrong direction, which ruins the impression of fabric, because black pencil-shaded parts are never really black. Another point is that the face is slightly asymmetric. I don't know if that was intended, because almost no face is perfectly symmetric, but if you take a longer look at the drawing you'll notice it.
